Executive Chef Chris Thompson found his passion for cooking at a young age. Born and raised between Grimsby and Rayong, Chris grew up watching his grandmother cook delicious homestyle Thai food. Inspired by his mixed cultural heritage, Chris loves to cook Thai inspired dishes balancing sweet, salty, spicy and sour flavours.
Chris learned to cook professionally in London at a Michelin star restaurant in the Grove Hotel. Since then, Chris has worked at Maze by Gordon Ramsey, Duck and Waffle, GCG Group (Zelman Meats, Burger and Lobster, Beast Restaurant). His culinary journey has taken him all over the world living and working in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Amsterdam.
